Refer a Friend — $100 - $200 bonus
Earn up to $200 for each successful referral after your friend works 30 assignments in their first 60 days through StaffEZ. Bonus amount is dependent on position.
EZ-Fee Reimbursement — up to $200
We'll reimburse up to $200 of your background check, drug test, and onboarding costs. We want to remove every barrier to getting you started.
Safety & Dedication Bonus — $50-$100
Work 90-120+ days incident-free during a school year and earn a performance bonus. We reward reliability.

If needed, pursue a full certification with our partners
Through our partnership with iTeach, the grow your own initiatives and other local alternative certification partners, you can pursue full teacher certification while continuing to work as a substitute. You'll earn while you learn — gaining classroom hours that count toward your credential.

Multiple StaffEZ substitutes have transitioned into full-time teaching roles in the districts they served. You'll already know the schools, the staff, and the students — making the transition seamless.
